Add Inventory
Go to Inventory → Add Product. Type a SKU and the name and image auto-fill from our database.
Add Cost to Sales

Dashboard
View revenue, profit, and inventory value. Filter by time period using the buttons above the chart.

How to Export from Each Platform

StockX
  1. Log in to StockX and go to Selling
  2. Click Sales History
  3. Click Export in the top-right corner
  4. Select your date range and download the CSV
  5. Drag the file onto beam or click Import on the Sales tab
💡 StockX exports include order number, sale price, payout, and SKU — profit is calculated automatically once you link inventory.
GOAT / Alias
  1. Log in to GOAT and open Reports
  2. Select SalesTrack
  3. Choose your date range and click Export CSV
  4. Import the downloaded file into beam
💡 GOAT exports use the SalesTrack format. beam auto-detects this and maps the columns correctly.

  3. Click Download report on the right side
  4. Select Transactions and your date range
  5. Download and import the CSV into beam

Amazon
  1. Log in to Seller Central
  2. Go to Reports → Payments
  3. Click Transaction View
  4. Set your date range and click Download (.csv)
  5. Import into beam on the Sales tab

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does a sale show ⚠ with no profit?
The sale doesn't have a cost linked to it yet. Click the ⚠ or the Add Cost button on the row to enter a cost manually or link it to an inventory item. Profit is calculated as payout minus cost.
Can I import the same CSV twice?
Yes — beam automatically detects and skips duplicate rows based on order number. Re-importing the same file won't create duplicates. The import summary will show how many rows were skipped.
How does SKU auto-fill work?
When you type a SKU in the Add Product form (e.g. DV2913-002), beam searches for the product name and image automatically. It works for Nike, Jordan, Yeezy, New Balance, and most major sneaker releases. If it doesn't find a result, you can enter the name manually.
What's the difference between payout and profit?
Sale price is what the buyer paid. Payout is what the platform deposited to you after fees. Profit is payout minus your cost (what you paid for the item). Net profit on the dashboard also subtracts any expenses you've logged.
How do I track expenses like shipping supplies?
Go to the Expenses tab (inside the Sales section). Add expenses with a category like Shipping, Packaging, or Fees. These are subtracted from gross profit on the dashboard to give you net profit.
Is my data safe if I cancel my plan?
Yes — you have a 7-day grace period after your plan ends. Your data stays fully intact during this time so you can resubscribe without losing anything. After 7 days, data above the Free plan limit (150 items) is permanently removed. You can always export your data via Settings → Export Data before cancelling.
How do shared lists work?
Go to Lists in the sidebar. Create a list, add products to it, then click the share icon to get a public link. The shared page shows product names, SKUs, sizes, and conditions — no pricing or cost data is ever shared. You can delete a list at any time to revoke access.
